All the USAA "backed" body shops were too full to take my vehicle. I spent hours trying to find a place to have my vehicle towed to. They were willing to take my vehicle, and it was fixed as faster than any other place around here (February was the earliest). The vehicle looks as if it did before.

My 2022 Kia was severely body damaged by the hail storm this past June. It took a while to get my car in the shop and once they had it, it took a while for all the repairs. The heat this summer/early fall has been too hot to paint during the day.
Once my car was finally finished I wasn’t unable to pick it up because I had just had surgery.
They put a little gas in it and drove it to my house 😍.
I am so happy to have my car back. Not that I can drive anywhere but my car has been well missed.
Every time I called to check on the progress, Lisa was very understanding and prompt in finding out its status. Gary called me with any updates to my insurance paperwork. I was pleased with their staff.
I think many people would be upset in the time frame to repair but there were a lot of cars damaged and I believe they were doing the best they could with the given situation.
If I had to have my car repaired in the future, Lawton Collision is where I would take her.
