All the USAA "backed" body shops were too full to take my vehicle. I spent hours trying to find a place to have my vehicle towed to. My 2022 Kia was severely body damaged by the hail storm this past June. It took a while to get my car in the shop and once they had it, it took a while for all the repairs. The heat this summer/early fall has been too hot to paint during the day. Once my car was finally finished I wasn’t unable to pick it up because I had just had surgery. They put a little gas in it and drove it to my house 😍. I am so happy to have my car back. Not that I can drive anywhere but my car has been well missed. Every time I called to check on the progress, Lisa was very understanding and prompt in finding out its status. Gary called me with any updates to my insurance paperwork. I was pleased with their staff. I think many people would be upset in the time frame to repair but there were a lot of cars damaged and I believe they were doing the best they could with the given situation.
